Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which primary school teachers in UNRWA schools in the Gaza governorates applied to the activities of the training courses for the professional development program for continuous school based teachers (SBTD) and its relation to some variables.

The researchers followed the analytical descriptive method and developed the study tool, Which consisted of (50) sections and was applied to a random sample of (88 teachers and 107 teachers) of the teachers of the basic stage in the Gaza governorates.

The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Search.

The study showed several results, the most important of which are: the extent to which the primary school teachers in UNRWA schools in the Gaza governorates applied to the activities of the training programs for the continuing professional development program based on the school came with a relative weight (84.8), which is (very large).

In the six axes, between )82.7( and )85.5( were very high in the question axes.

The study also found that there were no differences due to the gender variable in the questionnaire as a whole, and the first, second, third, fifth and sixth axes, while differences were found in the fourth axis in favor of males.

There were no differences due to the variable number of years of service in the questionnaire as a whole, and the second, third, And the sixth, while there were differences in the first axis for the benefit of service people from (5 - 10) years, compared to those with service more than (10) years.

In the light of the results of the study, the two researchers recommended the importance of improving and developing the teachers' application for the activities of the training courses for the vocational development program based on the school (SBTD) in the Gaza governorates, and activating the in-service training courses according to the needs of the teachers.
