This research aims to indicate the role of the National Agency for Investment Development in Algeria in attract foreign investment by using fiscal stimulus , Where it under severe changing global environment summoned from Algeria to Create government agencies are using fiscal stimulus To attract and support foreign investment to reduce imports and increase production to achieve economic development.

The study has resulted that the National Agency for Investment Development in Algeria has contributed to a few percent in the process of attracting foreign investment by using fiscal stimulus, The reason for this is that the overall investment climate in algeria does not stimulate on investment.
