This study aims at highlighting how to achieve sustainable tourism development as one of the main sectors of the Algerian economy in the post- hydrocarbons phase.
Through the diagnosis of the reality of the tourism sector and the obstacles and problems experienced and its development strategy until the prospect of 2030,and through the master plan of tourist development (SDAT2030) .
The study found that the strategy of developing the tourism sector in Algeria in a sustainable manner faces a number of challenges.
As a result the preconditions necessary for their success must be provided.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence, comment parvenir au développement touristique durable, notamment l'un des principaux secteurs de l'économie algérienne dans la phase post-pétrolièr.
A travers un diagnostique bien étudié de la réalité du secteur touristique et avec tous les problèmes et les obstacles rencontrés, on va établir une nouvelle stratégie de son développement jusqu'au l'an 2030, à travers le Shéma Dérecteur d’Aménagemet Touristique (SDAT2030).
Cette étude a montré que la stratégie de développement durable du secteur touristique en Algérie est confrontée à un nombre considérable de défis.
Alors, les conditions préalables et primordiales à son succès doivent être fournies.
