Language planning is a key part of the educational system of all kinds, as a deliberate and systematic strategy in the design and preparation of curriculam, and adapted to diffrent levels of education.

And to make each level a special stratgy through systematic follow up aimed at finding solutions to certain linguistic problems, this is the result of a flexible short-and long –term linguistic policy that can be changed according to reforms called the second generation.
