Abstract EN

This study aims at addressing administrative empowerment, identifying the framework of organizational development, and highlighting the contribution of administrative empowerment in achieving organizational development at the National Insurance institution in Batna.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: Administrative empowerment contributes to the organizational development of the National Insurance institution in Batna and the consensus of most of the sample of the study.

This is reflected by granting the workers some powers that allow them to work without reference to senior management, The institution can not adopt the policy of organizational development while limiting the powers of workers.

Administrative empowerment is the main reason for organizational development because it contributes to increasing the productivity of the institution and developing it for the better.
