The research undertakes to study the specific concept for the modern recitation of the Holy Quran, its bases and ways.

This is by studying the modern Arabic approaches about explanation and interpretation of the rules' verses, according to the constitutional, legal approach by Mohammed alsharfi.

The interpretation and explanation according to international approach by Mahmoud Mohammed Taha.

This can also be according to the historical, the critical approach by Naelah alselleini and Abd-Almajeed Alsharfi.

It can also be according to the approach gender "male/female" by Ameena Wadud .

The research concluded that the concept of recitation depends on reciting the Quranic text again according to the rules of Arabic literature texts
