Algeria seeks as other States to promote international relations and increasing economic exchanges,for that reson she has worked to provide the right atmosphere for the entry of foreign capital, through the tax reforms undertaken by each time in line with developments in this area, she has worked on legislation and the granting of facilities and incentives compete for international laws, in this regard we will try, through this research highlighted the role played by tax incentives to attract foreign investment, by learning about these various laws, and stand on the results of foreign investments in Algeria
