Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of the culture of the organization on the satisfaction of the employees of Jordan Investment and Supply Company (Safeway).

The study community included all employees of Safeway Jordan Investments and Catering Company.

A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed randomly to the study population, and 210 (84%) were retrieved.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to achieve the objectives of the study The researcher also used several statistical methods using the statistical analysis program spss, and these methods test Kronbach Alpha and Anova test, the study has shown many results Development and training are of great importance to employees because it is the vital factor in the development of human resources to carry out all the tasks and tasks assigned to the employees of Jordan Investment and Supply Company (Safe way).

The most important recommendations of the study were the need for further studies on the impact of organized culture on the satisfaction of workers in all institutions of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
