Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to try to define the financing model called "venture capital" and to highlight its importance to drive investment and development through funding for emerging projects, as well as to try to highlight the difference between this type of contemporary financing and other financing through exposure to its main characteristics, and presenting the experiences of some countries in the field of venture capital with reference to the experience of Algeria.

In this study, we found that the Algerian experience in the field of venture capital is very modest so that it is still in its early stages and needs more efforts, overcoming the obstacles to venture capital companies, and expanding this work in all sectors and fields of investment.
