Abstract EN

Arabic manuscripts have a great importance Because it represents important part of the cultural legacy of the Islamic nation, not only in Islamic nation, but also in the various fields of science and knowledge.

Hence we choice the manuscript (message in the affairs of watering s and stop them), especially as it is a complete copy , the Author Osmani not gaining much attention in ancient and modern researchers.

So we want from our research that shed light on this Author and his importance message wich dealt with Awqaf of his time .
