The research covers the most difficult periods that passed through Abbasid Caliphate when Saljucks could control all the management and business of the state, whereas the Caliphate was acts a wick role.

People in general and Caliphates in special become despair of the continuation of Saljucks ruling, but Muktafi’s attempts were permanence against them.

His refuse of the way of Muslims were live was the first reason to him.

Forming an Army was the first step to make the state stronger and to be able to face them and expel them away from Baghdad and restoring the areas which are under their control.

Despite that the previous Caliphates did their best to get rid of them but the failed and the main reasons were the deterioration of political situation and the corruption.

For that reasons a powerful force needed to get rid of them.

After the dismiss of Rashid Caliphate, Muktafi became the formal Caliphate of the Abbasid Caliphate.

Despite that Saljucks were so strong and had a lot of areas under their control, Muktafi tried his best to get rid of them and after a period he could do it and he expelled them and made an end for them in Iraq.
