Abstract EN

The objective of the current research was to diagnose behavioral disorders among children labor in the city of Sana'a and identify the relationship of behavioral disorders when classifying children according to educational level and years of work.

The study was conducted on a sample of 202 children m the city of Sana'a (9-16 years) The researcher used the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire of strength and difficulties (S.

D Q) prepared by Goodman (1997), The researcher used the scale in its final from after its modification to suit die Yemeni environment .the statistical methods used were : arithmetic mean- standard deviation- M Pearson correlation coefficient.

The researcher found the following results: the working children suffer from behavioral disorders( hyperactivity and attention deficit- emotional disorder- relationship dLSorder with others) , and the study found that is no significant relationship between behavioral disorders and age and educational level and years of work.

The researcher recommended: that The concerned authorities should educate the family about the effects and risks resulting from the child's work and to aware parents of the negative consequences of working on the future of their children.
