Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to know the extent to which the secondary schools in Mogadishu achieved the educational objectives from the point of view of the head teachers.

The researcher used the descriptive method.

The study sample consisted of (50) head teachers at secondary schools.

From the theoretical study and analysis of the interview questions, the author reached conclusions and recommendation.

The results showed that the educational programs at private secondary in Mogadishu are integrating students into their community culture and making students able to understand the world they live in and acquire them the spirit of pride to their school environment but the schools do not contribute to the development of a feeling that they are Somalis.

The results also revealed that MOE has a role in the educational system at the secondary schools in Mogadishu
