Abstract EN

Islam was spread in East countries (Asia) which were called “Beyond the river countries”.

Some of regions separated from the Abbasid Caliphate during its weakness.

Samaniya was one of separated regions as an independent State.

The independent regions had agreat effect on the thoughts, life activities specifically (Samaniya).

Those who believe that Famous Muslim scholars of Islamic civilization were not an Arabs, it is sufficient that they have lived in Muslim world , thought about the Arab mentality, , wrote in Arabic and expressed Islamic civilization under Islam ,that is what was done by the Samani state, and its contribution to the spread of Islamic civilization and Progress.

The research aimed at beginning Islamic mini-states in the East, the appearance of Samani State, the literary movement, Samani role in medicine, philosophy, Fiqh, geography and art.

The research has found out results including Intellectual and cultural renaissance in Samani State.
