Abstract EN

The nature of human beings differ in their interpretations and opinions in understanding things, both in scientific and practical aspects.

Some of these differences may have legitimate grounds while some others do not have any legitimate justification for their correctness.

This study seeks to draw parameter of scholars (AL-ULAMA) in dealing with different opinions on religious issues.

The researcher used analytical descriptive method.

Based on primary references, the study revealed from the history of Islamic Nation(UMMAH) huge experiences in our lives, and how the biographies of our great people dealt with the others in their lapses and slips, and highlighted that honest competition is not a cause of concern, but what is forbidden is the fierce competition that cuts the bonds of brotherhood faith.

Furthermore, the study focused on the fair balances such as verification, avoidance of the sedition, and maintain the unity of the word, which is the eternal appeal of God to this Nation (UMMAH) to the unity and avoidance of the dispersion and its causes.
