English Abstract

The scholars unanimously agree that the overall purpose of Islamic law is to achieve the interests of the slaves in the annuity and recompense.

These interests are the grouping of human rights, which are limited in different names, and the diversity of their provisions in the preservation of the five great interests, namely, the preservation of religion, the mind, the mind, the offspring and the money, and the preservation of what serves and completes the needs and improvements.

TTiese five necessities and what they serve and complete are the intended interests of the street.

And does not come out of any provision of the Islamic law is a matter or an end.

Rights are the standards that recognize the human dignity of all human beings and enhance their protection.

It governs the way people live as part of society and treat one another, as well as their relationship with their governments and their obligations towards them.

No government, group or individual has the right to do anything that might violate the rights of others.

It is the right of every one of us as a result of our common humanity.

These rights are not the property of a particular category or are given as gifts, and are inalienable in the sense that it is impossible for the individual to abandon them and can not be expropriated even if the Government does not recognize or protect them.

Human rights are the same for all human beings wherever they are, regardless of age.

sex, race, religion, national origin, income level or any other situation or circumstance.

Human rights are universal.

Human rights are the right of every one of us in an equal manner.

The discussion on human rights in the law of Islam is complex and decisive; however, here we summarize the Hadith in three areas: the following: I came to my research with three topics: First, the characteristics, features and characteristics of human rights in Islam, and the second.

The third topic is the sources of human rights.

And came out with several results and a conclusion.
