Abstract EN

This research aims to: design the performance of practical education female supervisors in the light of their real needs in the field of supervision from their point of view through recognizing: the real needs of practical education female supervisors “indoor – outdoor” from their point of view.

And to design the performance of practical education female supervisors in the light of their real needs in the field of supervision from their point of view.

Also to recognize the opinions and orientations of the female supervisors of the practical education “indoor – outdoor” about using the electronic bag.

The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey technique as it suits the research procedures.

The sample was chosen deliberately from (teaching board staff and physical education guiding teachers) as (25) members from the teaching staff in the department of teaching methods, training and practical education, and the rest from the teaching staff of other scientific departments in the faculty who have supervised the female students of practical education before.

(21) Guiding teachers of physical education from El-Menoufia governorate who have supervised the female students of practical education before.

The most important results were: the recognition of the real needs of practical education female supervisors.

The suggested electronic bag was prepared and designed in the light of real needs of practical education female supervisors from their point of view.

The relative importance of opinions and orientations of teaching staff members “indoor supervisor” about using the electronic bag was from 75% to 93%, while the relative importance of opinions and orientations of physical education guiding teachers “outdoor supervisor” was from 63% to 88% which is considered a good indication that the electronic bag meets the real needsof practical education female supervisors from their point of view.
