Research was to develop a proposal using the Blended Learning educational program (traditional education - e-learning) and see its effect on cognitive achievement arbitration decision Racquet Sports.

The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (24) third year student at the Faculty of Physical Education in Zagazig boys were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other officer strength of each (12) students.

And research tools : Higher IQ Test - educational program using the Blended Learning.

Statistical processors used: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - the mediator - convolution coefficient - Test "T" - simple - the correlation coefficient% improvement ratios.

Among the most important results.

Use Blended Learning style contributes to the improvement in terms of statistical collection cognitive decision Racquet sports arbitration level.
