The purpose of this study was to identify The tactical performance of individual for serve and relationship to specializations players for the higher levels in volleyball , The researcher used the descriptive method of analysis some match results during the world league for 25 matches for Volleyball Men 2014.

The most important results indicated that for the setter , the jump float serve is from the most used and most effective and the zone no(A) is from the most performing zones for the serve, As for the player Opposite Hitter is the spike serve is from the most used and most effective and the zone no(A) is from the most performing zones for the serve , While the player Middle Blocker is he jump float serve is from the most used and the is the spike serve is from the most effective and the zone no(C) is from the most performing zones for the serve , Finally the Outside Hitter is the spike serve is from the most used and most effective and the zone no(A) is from the most performing zones for the serve.

the most important recommendations need for attention to the results of this research in the process of the training pecializations of volleyball players by conducting a pilot study proposes a program aimed at improving the effectiveness performance of individual for serve according individual for each specialty, and conduct similar studies on the teams of different age stages of the junior volleyball .
