This study aims at implementing the biomechanical analysis to prepare a qualitative educational program and investigate its impact on learning the attack skill of non-favorite arm hitting in volleyball, The researchers used the experimental design and carried out the pre-post measurements so as to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed program, The sample of study, chosen by the systematic random sample, comprised 10 beginners.

The sample was chosen from Met Ghamer Club season 2014/2015.

Results of the study showed that the proposed program had a positive impact on learning the attack skill.

There was a significant statistical difference between performance of the experimental group on the pre-post measurements in favor of the post measurement.

Based on findings of the study, the researchers recommend implementing the proposed program to improve the skill of non-favorite arm the attack skill in volleyball.

The researchers also call for taking the biomechanical analysis into account while preparing contents of volleyball programs, In addition, the researchers recommend carrying out further research on the use of two arms in other collective and individual sports.
