Abstract EN

This Study aims to investigate the Expenditures which related to Training in fitness centers and the relation between these Expenditures and Motivation of training in fitness centers.

By the analysis of literature review in this research area, the researchers developed two Questionnaires, the first for the Expenditures in fitness centers and the other for measuring the Motivations of training in fitness centers.

The researchers made a pilot study for 80 visitors of fitness centers to test the validity and reliability of the Motivation Scale, and then the basic Study was held for 407 visitors of fitness centers in Dakahlia Governorate.

The results of this Study refer to the economic importance of the different Expenditures, which related to training in fitness centers.

The results also indicate that health & fitness and Fun were the most effective motivations of people for training in fitness centers and there was a correlation between these Expenditures and some motivations of training in fitness centers.
