The research aims to identify the impact of using (Jigsaw) method on Cognitive achievement and the trend towards course of Comparative Physical Education in Third year students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University., Using the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research ,which was applied on a sample of ( 48 ) student of Third year students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys - Alexandria University., The sample has been divided into two equal groups ,the first experimental group for applying the method of Jigsaw which consisted of (24) student , A control group applied the normal way (the lecture ) and consisted of (24) student , Use the Cognitive achievement test for Third year students in Faculty of Physical Education (Prepared by researcher ) and trend towards course of Comparative Physical Education in Third year students (Prepared by Sibree abd elfattah : 2015 )., the most important results: that use of (Jigsaw) method in Teaching Comparative Physical Education has a positive effect on Cognitive achievement and the trend towards Comparative Physical Education in experimental group., using of the lecture method in Teaching Comparative Physical Education has a positive effect on Cognitive achievement and the trend towards Comparative Physical Education to the control group., And that the rates of improvement in the Cognitive achievement and the trend towards Comparative Physical Education in experimental group is higher than the control group., The researcher recommended that the use of the (Jigsaw) method in Teaching Comparative Physical Education for the Third year students , because of having a positive effect on Cognitive achievement and the trend towards Comparative Physical Education., And the need for further studies to gain access to the best methods to Teaching Comparative Physical Education and similar.
