Lord Milner is regarded as one of the figures who played a role in the service of his country during his office in South Africa.

His activity was focused 011 the support of the British interests rigidly 111 the British Colony in addition to the republic of Transvaal and Free Orange state with Dutch majority who formed government outside the British government The research was divided into a Preface and Conditions: the fust tackled the political and social of Alfred Milner from birth until his assuming of office by the Ministry of Colonies.

The second inquiry tackled his policy in South Mica for the period from (1877-1902).

i.e.

until the end of the Boer War.

The second point shed the light 011 his policy Transvaal and Orange River after annexing them to the British crown for the period (1902-1905)
