The current research aimed at detecting the level of psychological pollution among kindergartens, revealing the level of organizational conflict among kindergartens and revealing the relationship between the level of psychological pollution and the organizational conflict of kindergarten teachers by verifying the following hypotheses: There is no statistically significant difference between the average pollution levels Psychological Characteristics of the Kindergarten Teachers and Theoretical Center of the Psychological Pollution Measurement Tool, there is no statistically significant difference between the average organizational conflicts of kindergarten teachers and the theoretical center of the organizational conflict measurement tool.

A random sample of 320 teachers was selected.

The researcher adopted the measurement of psychological pollution prepared by Muhammad (2004).

As for the measure of organizational conflict, The researcher used the statistical tools (the test of two independent samples of equal size, the test of two correlated samples of equal size, the sample test of the sample and the community, the correlation coefficient Pearson, the Vaccronbach, the percentage).

The researcher found the following results: (0,05), reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis which states that there are statistically significant differences between kindergarten teachers and the mean of the instrument of measurement of organizational conflict at the level of (0,05) (0,05), rejecting the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis that there are differences between the arithmetical mean scores of the parameters of the instrument of measurement of psychological pollution and the organizational conflict of kindergarten teachers at the level of significance (0,05).
