Abstract EN

The majority of government employees suffer from a fundamental problem that effectively affects their day-to-day functioning - the stifling traffic crisis.

The traffic crisis has an effective effect on many human activities, whether psychological or physical, which affect the overall output of the effectiveness of the departments in accomplishing their tasks in the planned manner, where they found that productivity is reduced by almost 65% on what is planned.

The following research is an attempt to identify the impact of the traffic crisis on the performance of workers at the Technical Institute Mansur, one of the formations of the Mid-Technical University - Baghdad by checking the objectives of the research; Understand the concept of the crisis in general and the traffic crisis in particular, and Statement of the reflection of the crisis on the performance of employees.

The concept of overall performance was also discussed.

The concept of the crisis in general and the traffic crisis in particular were examined through a field survey that included a group of the above-mentioned staff members.

This segment was divided into 16 different questions according to the fivedigit statistical sample of 20 members (teachers, technicians and administrators.)The results and data obtained from the statistical operations using SPSS program, which is famous for its model number 23, showed that there is a significant impact of the traffic crisis on the performance of workers.
