Abstract EN

This research systematically depends on descriptive survey theory, for this purpose survey forms are prepared as data collection tools.

The forms are distributed randomly amongst 50 employees at (NRT and Kurd sat News) TV networks.

The research problem depends on the answer of the main question: what is the administration development in these media foundations? This is performed through the organizational structure and administrational development within these TV institutions on one hand.

On the other hand, it illustrates the role of training in achieving the goals of these foundations and identifying the difficulties that affect their performance in a negative way.

The main aims of this study were to know about the organizational structure of NRT and Kurdsat News Channels to the level of administrative development in television institutions; and to diagnose the main organizational and administrative problems which negatively affect the performance of media and to know about the role of training in achieving the goals.

One of the main findings of this study is that the level of administrative development in television institutions in Kurdistan region is medium, and it will go through more development.

In addition, the research shows that the main problems that have faced these channels are related to financial and administrative corruption, underpayment, and external intervention in those institutions’ affairs.

In this research, the theoretical part of the research is provided in the research structure.

Also, the definitions of the terms related to the research are pointed out, and information analysis are shown and provided in the survey form.

In addition, propositions, recommendations, and references are provided.
