The study aimed to identify the hiring Calendar variant in achievement and ways of thinking in rhetoric and the application to the fifth student literary, where the study sample consisted of 60 students two sets experimental and control group rate of 20 students per group, where she studied experimental group first manner (calendar approved the performance), the experimental and the second group in a manner (calendar peers), and the control group in the traditional manner, the duration of the experiment lasted seven weeks by two in each group in a week, the researchers used the experimental method, also used the tools of the study, namely, (grades post-test, and scale ways of thinking), where the application of experience came in the second semester of the academic year (2015 - 2016), and the results were higher than the first experimental group, and then followed by the second experimental group, and finally the control group and then calculates averages, standard deviations, scores of students in achievement testing, and ways of thinking.
