This research aims to exploring the emotional experience level of the university students, the research community (258,711) students of University Students (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Mesopotamia, technological university of Iraq) and colleges of science and humanity / the first and fourth rows / morning study, was selected sample way stratified random sample, statistical analysis of (320) students, the researcher has built a special measure of experience emotional and proportional to the sample and its target, may be a measure of (24) items, has been verified construction Believe indicators, has been relying on a sample of (40) male and female students to extract the stability of the scale of Vakronbach way, and did not drop any paragraph of the scale when analyzed statistically, then applied measure in its final form on a sample of (280) students and thus the sample current (600), a final sample application, and statistical methods that was used in the study (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Altaia test of one sample), it has resulted in research that the research sample of males and females do not have the emotional experience as a result, and in light of the results researcher found a set of recommendations and proposals.
