Abstract EN

The research modeling hierarchical relationships associated with human development indicators and analysis are indicators ( population , education , health , economic , and the degree of satisfaction with community services and infrastructure provided to the population and the deficit residential ) by relying on software (Arc Map), to detect the levels of human development each spend from the districts of the province, according to every sphere of human development.

As it has been to rely on this analysis to the inventory of these indicators, by extracting the average of each set of indicators on the level of the districts of the province and the extraction of the standard deviation and degree standard as they appear in Appendix 2.

Then the results of indicators tabs on the basis of three weights are (0.5 or less, 0.75 0.1 and above) modified by the researcher based on the average weighted values, Supplement (3) and then gather the arithmetic average of each set of indicators, then the arithmetic average is extracted at the level of each district , and then enter the results to the program (Arc Map) to deal with it, analyzed and categorized according to their values, to show more accurate results are credible and to express the reality of human development in Al-Anbar province.
