Abstract EN

The present study aimed to finding out The degree of teacher's practice of the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the private schools in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Organ model from the educational Supervisors' Viewpoint, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (49) Educational Supervisor.

The findings of the study showed that The degree of teacher's practice of the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the private schools in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Organ model from the educational Supervisors' Viewpoint was Medium Achieved; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are gender, Years of experience and academic level
