Abstract EN

Ali Al-Wardi is considered as one of the mayor pioneers of the current social thought not only in Iraq but on the level of current Arabian culture.

He has a philosophical view in sociology that is made clear through his social thought .

we also find him in lots of situations he mentioned that opinions of Greek , Muslim and contemporaries either by refusal or acceptance .

The approach of Al–Wardi is characterized by its dealing with subjects that are of psychological, he tried to simplify them and communicate them to the minds of many people, who are of different frame of minds and various cultural levels.

For not having a specific study on it that concentrates on the philosophical levels in his thought we chose to clarify it in this research.

We divided this research after this introduction into three parts and a conclusion.

The first part we have dealt with the logic in the thought of Al–Wardi and we dealt with his criticism of the Aristotelian logic and the effect of this logic on the Islamic Arabian thought , and his adaption of the contemporary logic .

In the second part, we have dealt with his criticism of rational knowledge , and his adaptation of sensual and intuitive knowledge and his saying in the relative probability of knowledge and facts .

In the third part which is from the ethics and thought ,we have dealt with the relativity of ethics and his refusal of the approach of preaching and his concept of role models and necessitation.
