Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the design to teaching plans according to the skills of training and handicrafts for students of the Institute of Craft and Folklore in the (leather industry).

To achieve the objective of the research, a zero hypothesis was formulated with the test of the post-skill performance.

The research sample consisted of (20) students divided into two experimental and control groups with (10) students per group.

The Institute of Arts and Crafts was selected as a sample for the research application.

The skill performance test was designed and evaluated by the evaluation form and the highest grade (35) degree and minimum (7) degrees achieved honesty and consistency.

The results were obtained by the superiority of the experimental group, which was studied according to the training skills of the control group, which was studied according to the usual method of testing the post-skill performance.

The reason is that the mastery of the training skills led to increasing motivation of the students to master their technical skills and interests.
