Abstract EN

The Arabic language is considered as one of the rituals of Islam and an essential base in the building of Arab and Islamic nation.

It has remained one of the most significant foundations that contributed to the nation’s unity, sovereignty and leadership over the ages.

Then it has been exposed to numerous factors which resulted in its decline.

In the meantime, its people were negligent and its enemies were vigilant and belligerent, until it reached a level which can be called a linguistic inferiority.

This inferiority is due to weakness in self-awareness and fascination with and indulgence in emulation of the Other, especially the Western Other.

All that has happened, despite the fact that the Arabic language owns essentials, flexibility, vitality, strength, wealth, spiritual superiority, kindness and beauty, and therefore it is able to vitally contribute in restoring our sovereignty, achieving excellence and leadership, and giving our nation its exalted status.

This can never happen without considering reverence for the Arabic language as a prerequisite for the advancement, sovereignty and leadership of the nation
