Abstract EN

This Paper deals with measuring the effectiveness of performing training tasks by Supervisor specialization ( Art education) in the field of "Training Program Design".

A training program has been carefully designed for this purpose and applied to a sample of Supervisors using Wilcoks in test.

The results of the post – test showed significant improvement in their performance.

The paper concludes that using system analysis in designing training programs will save time and efforts and recommends to use this approach in all training programs
