Abstract EN

The study aimed at Knowing the level of teaching performance of mathematics teachers , and its relation with the mathematical communication , It was used the analytical descriptive approach , the sample of the study was been chosen randomly categorically , its members was (180 ) male & female mathematics teachers in higher levels of primary schools / Al–Rusafa Education Department , Two tools have been prepared , each of them was (a note-card) for the ( teaching performance , mathematical communication ) which were consisted of ( 36 ) items with five alternatives , similar to fifth liker scale , it has been verified sincerity , and the reliability of each tool .

The study concluded many recommendations according to the following results, the level teaching performance for the mathematical teachers was about 65% , and for the mathematical communication was about 66% .

Also, there were no statistically significant difference in the mean scores of mathematical teachers in each tool attributed to the variable of sex .Besides, there were statistically significant difference in the mean scores of mathematical teachers in each tool attributed to the variable of service due to favor ( 5 years & above ) , and there is apositive correlation relationship between the teaching performance and the mathematical communication.
