Islamic banks in all countries of the world face a particular challenge of financial globalization and financial liberalization.

Financial openness has taken a serious and multifaceted approach at the local, regional and global levels in all economic and financial aspects.

This study aims at clarifying The strategy of Islamic banks to meet the challenges of financial globalization and the implications of the decisions of the Basel III Committee and to reduce the risks that will result and to take advantage of the opportunities associated with it, thus ensuring a place in the market competition, and continue the path of success and service of Islam and Muslims.
