Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the relationship of the dimensions of balance scorecard (BSC) on decision making in the banks operating in the governorates of northern West Bank from the perspective of decision makers.

The descriptive approach was followed by applying a questionnaire on a sample of (271) employee.

After data, collection and analysis ،results indicate the availability of balance scorecard and decision making in the banks ،showing a positive relationship of balance scorecard in the decision making in banks.

The researcher recommended that Palestinian banks must be aware of the importance of balance scorecard as a main source of modern decision making ،and thus employing it to achieve a greater degree of right decision-making.
