Abstract EN
This paper aims to highlight the importance of the Rationalization of Financial Engineering Instruments in the development of the Islamic Banking industry and the analysis of the main investment risks exposure arising from its investing.
The analysis utilises the International Islamic Sukuk Issuance in Financial Market, covering the period from (2001-2015).
Results show that the Gulf countries topped up the list of the Global Islamic Sukuk Issuance in the (GCC & MIDDLE EAST) region, when Malaysia has been the value leader in the (ASIA & FAR EAST) region.
The study affords some of recommendations among them: the provision of an Information Databases on investors, by using Modern Information Systems and the independence of Shariah Boards of Islamic Banks
