This study aimed to identify the role of Vocational Training in creating job opportunity for trainees and describing, analyzing and diagnosing the problem of incompatibility of vocational training output with the demands of the labour market.

At the same time, this article investigates the needs of business sectors for vocational training to achieve quality in their services.
