Abstract EN

The aim of this research paper to address one of the most important roles to play foreign direct investment at endemic abroad, particularly in the developing countries, this role is to narrow the gap between the developed and the developing worlds through its role - foreign direct investment - as a channel for transfer of technology of the exporting countries for investment to host States, and thus to stimulate economic growth in these countries.
