As a result, traditional means and styles of training have become less and less common due to their short done purpose.

The concern for developing and dependence on modern technological techniques and devices has increased remarkably, such as in cyber, YouTube and other social media techniques.

Thus, the electronic training has recently become a determined requirement, and as a matter of fact, the organizations that are unable to promote their human resources capabilities surely will have no impact in doing their tasks perfectly, regardless to their functions or nationalities.
