Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the relation between the stress sources in work at the managers of the secondary schools and their professional satisfaction.

This category of managers is working in conditions characterized by varying in their tasks and responsibilities.

Their index of professional satisfaction correlates with the stress and conditions of work.

This study has applied on a sample composed of 33 managers of secondary schools.

31 are mal and 2 females are selected with randomized method and based on correlate descriptive approach.

To attempt the goals of this study, we had constructed a study tool “Questionnaire”.

This study had some conclusions: - There is a negative correlate relation between the sources of professional stress and the professional satisfaction of the secondary school managers.

- There is a positive correlate relation between the sources of professional stress and the professional satisfaction of the secondary school managers
