Abstract EN

This study dealt with the topic of tradition and innovation in the political and cultural experience of the Rustamid dynasty; especially El Imam Aflah bin Abdul Waheb, who governed this dynasty for fifty years.

Therefore, I tried to highlight the integration of cultural and political action in his experience.

Than i attempted to state his theoretical presentation of tradition and innovation topic stressing the practical "aspects" of this bilateralism in the Rustamid reality.
