The theoreticians of the capitalism perceive the economic importance of the intellectual property protection, in the developing countries and it’s obliged of discussing a file about the globalization of the intellectual property protection in the framework of the world trade organization in order to strengthen enough protective measures for the technology of the developed countries; that has resulted in coming up with an agreement about the commercial side of the intellectual property right (TRIPS) ,whose extends to serval fields as the issue of the high technology transfer into the developing countries, In addition to the agricultural product, The drug is still the most boring socially and economically concerning the repercussions of the intellectual property rights accord related to the trade .The survey has confirmed that the (TRIPS) accord has imposed an unjust war on the pharmaceutical industries, considering that those industries in the developing countries are still emerging and haven’t got the competition mechanisms
