Abstract EN

This study deals with the symptoms of the Dutch disease in the Algerian economy ،where the latter is among the economies with abundant natural resources ، especially oil resources ،where the level of oil revenues exceed 98% of the total fuel ،this fact necessitated the creation of channels that can pump these resources in the paths leading to Rehabilitation of the basic economic sectors while the liberalization of the Algerian economy from dependence on the hydrocarbon sector depends heavily on the available development alternatives and the value of their revenues ،by supporting the basic sectors and creating a balance between them in relation to their contribution to economic growth.
