The problem of industrial development in Algeria especially The industrial manufacturing sector is one of the important subjects which have been asked urgently on all the documents of the state, through all these economic plans such as the plan 2015-2019 which seeks the means and the Mechanisms that guaranty the improvement of sector towards the modern investment and production plans in the concept of the restructuring of the public sector and the orientation towards the productive economy.

And this is what has been observed recently with the support of the government for most public institutions and encourages them to conclude cooperation agreements and partnerships in projects that are mainly based on the transfer of technology Adaptation of production with the quality of domestic consumption, and the strengthening of international competitiveness, and adoption of the principles of economic governance in the various sectors.

To confirm this context, we decided to take the partnership model in the SNVI group of mechanical industries as one of the biggest manufacturers that counts on the state in its industrial project, and the consecration of the efforts establishes in the Framework for the development industrial, and promotion of the GDP in the sector, and to meet the requirements of selfsufficiency like all other industries.
