this study included the theme of the local investment in Algeria through analyzing the public policy taken in the tire national economy, and all the repercussions of the economic crisis experienced by the Algerian state, where we discover the most important steps and activation strategies in local development to meet the economic deficit in national policy and searching for the solutions through strengthening the role of local communities, others of social and economic factors in creating local investment.
