Abstract EN

Quality topic is considered as one of the most important themes that concerns both professionals and researchers.

Indeed, this growing attention given to the subject and this willingness of companies to put it at the top of their priorities is explained by the fact of the increased competition that these companies are facing from the four corners of the world and which threatens their durability and their survival.

In this vein, this article consists in exploring the quality system of an industrial company that operates in the public works sector.

In other words, this article seeks, through an exploratory study, to assess the level of quality practices maturity in the studied company and this through the analysis of five main quality practices as follow: listening to customer’s practices, prevention practices, control practices, improvement practices and mastery practices.
