This study aimed at measuring the influence of some CSR practices of human ressources and improve competitiveness Through various indicators (decrease Cost, improvement quality, productivity, share market, profitability) by using virtual model and questionnaire in which the concepts of the independent variable and its relation to the dependent variable were discussed in the Service Corporation Mobilis.

After testing validity of the hypotheses based on the statistical methods used in the study, the results showed that there are weak relationships between the independent variable and the dependent.

There is an impact on the decrease cost and profitability indicator.

There is also a difference in the opinions of the respondents attributed to the experience.
