Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the SIYB training program, since the owners of small and medium enterprises suffer from many difficulties, including finding the idea of the project and establishing it, running the post-construction stage, etc.

In this sense, the SIYB training program was adopted in different Government support institutions and the chambers of traditional industries and crafts, to reduce these difficulties and correct imbalances, through a field study of the Chamber of Handicrafts and Crafts in M'Sila during the period (2014-2017)
